  • Weekly coaching calls: We schedule and hold your coaching call every week.
  • Accountability: I reach out at least four times per week to keep you on track.
  • Questions any time: I respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe (within 24 hours).

What you commit to

  • Log physical activity every day; rest days count, so note them.
  • Complete the weekly progress form, once per week, on schedule.
  • Attend weekly coaching calls.
